Private gatherings

While we love a big blow-out event, sometimes a small, intimate affair leads to deeper engagement.

We believe these gatherings can catalyze meaningful, ongoing conversations about the issues and ideas that matter. Our private gatherings are designed to provide a range of experiences from elaborate multimedia art dinners to informal trivia nights.

Clubhouse Salons

coming soon | PRIVATE SALONS START AT $1000

Want to host a night of facilitated conversation, food, and exploration with your friends or community? We’ll work with you to create an idea- and action-centered gathering with your choice of theme (from our options). Choose between film screenings, expert meet-and-greets, multimedia book club, hands-on activities, and creative reflections to inspire and inform you and your group.

Non-trivial Trivia Night

coming soon | PRIVATE TRIVIA NIGHTS START AT $1500

Want to host a private trivia night for your friends and family from our growing collection of themes? We’ll set everything up for you for up to 5 teams (25 people) and ensure that it’s a vibrant balance of meaningful engagement, social connection, and creative delights.

“Unintended” Food & Art Experience

coming soon | UNINTENDED EXPERIENCES START AT $2500

Through a unique, interactive art and food storytelling experience, you and your group will explore the complexity and interconnectedness of life on earth, and the unintended consequences of people on the planet. You’ll enjoy specially prepared hors d'oeuvres and tasting experiences, facilitated interactions, and keepsake artisan touches, culminating in a novel and imaginative gathering filled with unexpected surprises. Maximum 10 people.

“It’s easy to think of science and art as competing ways to see the world. [The Plenary] makes plain the opposite truth: Science and art richly complement each other in explaining our complexity, subtlety, and humanity.”
