For members in San Francisco Bay Area, we’ll host in-person gatherings that provide space for connection, expert discussions, film screenings, book clubs, art shows, and more. Whenever possible, we’ll host complementary virtual events for our online community.

With so much scattered knowledge on any given topic, it can feel overwhelming to make sense of it all. That’s where we come in. Each issue guide provides a summary of key perspectives, ideas, and resources to give you the foundation you need to get in the know.

Art is a powerful tool for inquiry, expression, and engagement. Often, it gives us permission to imagine freely and look at things in a new way. That’s why we collaborate with artists from across styles and mediums to breath new life into all of the topics we explore.

We are all about creative ways to engage with ideas, but sometimes you just want to cozy up with a good book... or magazine. Each season, we pull together a handful of exciting artworks, stories, and explainers into a periodical for members to enjoy.

We’re constantly experimenting with new ways to explore issues – think game nights, dinner parties, and social media challenges. For each topic, we’ll share the plans and materials you need to dig in, whether solo or by hosting a gathering of your own.
