Laurie Anne Poquet is a digital designer who illustrated some of our scientists for our I Am A Scientist initiative.
Laurie-Anne is a French freelance illustrator, passionate about illustration, photography, vegan cooking and roller skating. She practiced illustration since childhood, and now strives to connect her different passions through artistic expression.
Laurie-Anne’s work focuses on pop and colorful illustrations, often featuring floral elements and representations of proud and courageous femininity. The work with textures and colors plays an important role in my creations, as does the addition of numerous details.

Ana Latese, is an African American freelance illustrator & writer. Her passion is to produce beautiful imagery inspired by vibrant colors, magical elements, and joy. She enjoys using different lighting situations to help enhance her storytelling and give a warm feeling to her illustrations. When Ana’s not illustrating, she loves to play video games, hang out at the library, or binge watch Criminal Minds!

Laylie Frazier is a digital artist and art teacher based in Houston. She collaborated with The Plenary on The Green Gap exhibit.
Laylie combines texture, color, and pattern to create warm and expressive portraits, pulling inspiration from nature, utilizing abstract plant, mountain, and sun motifs. For her work on The Green Gap, she translated issues at the intersection of complex social and environmental forces into rich portraits and visual stories.
