Michelle, the candle-maker, created craft candles for each of our “Illuminations” exhibits, pairing the designs with unique scents. ECOS was founded in 2018 by Melissa Pappas, a marine scientist turned storyteller with a mission to deliver fun and impactful science communication. We are so thankful to The Foundry SF for hosting “Illuminations” for the entire month of October. Partnering with The Foundry in Downtown San Francisco was meant to be. The event and the partnership with The Foundry brought life, vibrancy, and community to Downtown SF at a critical moment for the city.
